About Me

I love a good story

Let me help you tell yours

You’ve got a great product. You’ve invested time, energy and money in developing a fantastic corporate identity and a solid local client base. It’s been a labour of love – not to mention the sweat and tears. Now you want to step out into the big wide world and go global.

Daunting, isn’t it?

Making that step is hard work. And, on top of that, trusting someone else to tell your story on the international stage feels like a giant leap of faith. You want your story to speak to your target market. And you want it to be told in your voice.

That’s why I’m here

I can tell your story to the wider world – in a voice that feels true to your brand and resonates with your customers. A voice that can set the world on fire.

Translation and copywriting with a creative spark

No one-size-fits-all solution. I work closely with you to produce beautifully crafted English copy.

No slavishly reproducing your German content in English. I look for the narrative, get inside your skin and write killer content to captivate your English-speaking market.

With over a decade of experience in translation, a wealth of previous clients from sectors ranging from food and fitness to skincare and sexual wellbeing, and a diploma in copywriting to attest to my creative flair and love of writing, I am uniquely placed to translate your vision for a global audience.

Language exerts hidden power, like the moon on the tides.

So what gets me fired up?

I love how the right choice of words can create shimmering shapes on the page. When I go to bed at night, words leap and tumble around my mind, making me laugh with their acrobatic feats. And yes, I sniff books. New ones with their beautifully crisp pages, pure as the driven snow. And the jaw-droppingly old, not-to-be-touched-without-gloves ones. When I can get my hands – or gloves – on them.

When I’m not working wonders with words, I’m busy being a wife to Dan and Mum to Oliver and Alice, satisfying my creative urges with play dough, handprint paintings and evenings at the sewing machine making fancy-dress costumes.
